I am a registered Periodontist and Implant specialist in Brisbane, Australia. I obtained  my dental training from Nishtar Medical Institute, Multan. I then worked as a lecturer in the same institute for around 8-years. I then pursued post-graduation in oral & maxillofacial surgery from the University of The Western Cape, South Africa. I then completed two fellowships in the maxillofacial and oral surgery from Germany in 2008- 009 (AO – Association of osseointegration and IBRA – International association for bone research). I then moved to New Zealand and received my PhD in Oral Implantology from the University of Otago. 

My PhD projects included surgical and peri-implant outcomes of ceramic implant vs titanium implants supporting overdentures. This project involved a randomized-controlled clinical trial, microbial analysis of biofilm around implants, an animal and a cadaveric project. I placed over 200 titanium and zirconia implants for the rehabilitation of completely edentulous patients. 

I completed my Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (Periodontics) from the School of Dentistry and Oral Health, Griffith University. At present, I am working as a periodontist and Implant specialist in private practice.
